The Nordic Rune collection is all about carrying around a nudge of encouragement; a reminder that you are strong or to look for the moments of joy, but in secret, using symbolic Nordic Runes.

Sizing

Not sure of your ring size? No problem.

Select 'I don't know my ring size' and check out as usual. We will send you a complimentary ring sizer. You email us a picture of the ring sizer on your ringer and we will make the ring to fit you perfectly.

Our jewellery is handmade and hallmarked as appropriate. Please see 'delivery by' date under the add to cart button for your latest estimated delivery date.

Silver 'Ready to Wear' orders are processed within 5 working days.

Gold 'Ready to Wear' orders are processed within 14 working days.

Personalised items (including pieces with birthstones) and bespoke rings dispatched within 7-14 working days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or during annual leave (please refer to the announcement at the top of the home page).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days - we will always email you to inform you of any delays. Please check your junk mail if you haven’t received communication from us.

We send all our parcels with Royal Mail.

Free UK Delivery on orders over £100
RM 2nd Class is £2 (applies to enamel pins only)
RM Tracked 48 is £5
RM Special Delivery is £15

From December 1st our RM Tracked 48 delivery is upgraded to RM Tracked 24 at no extra charge.

RETURNS

Not quite right? We'll happily echange your piece for a different size, length or design within 30 days. Just email hello@hannahweston.com with your order number and we'll sort it out for you. If you'd prefer a refund, returns are accepted within 30 days (return postage is paid by you).

(Exception: Any purchases made between 1st November and 31st December can be returned up to the 15th January).

We never include paperwork with the cost of the item in your parcel and we would be very pleased to send your gift directly to the recipient including a handwritten note (let us know what you’d like us to write in the box at checkout).
