The phoenix - a daily reminder of the courage you hold inside, emerging strong and beautiful. Our unique design was hand drawn by Hannah and turned into a metal stamp, which we use to create each piece of the collection.

We hand-stamp our unique Phoenix design onto these beautifully polished, tactile silver pebbles to create stud earrings that symbolise courage.

Made from Recycled Sterling Silver

Inspired by my own story, turning a challenge into something beautiful. The Phoenix design is my way of cheerleading everyone who's survived a storm and evolved more confident, more grounded and with less f's to give. The Phoenix stud earrings are a reminder of your courage, crafted in sterling silver.

After refining the design digitally, we work with a UK manufacturer to create a custom-made stamp. Making these sterling silver Phoenix Courage stud earrings completely unique.

This design is hand stamped in our York studio, resulting in varying depths and alignment of image which adds to the character of the piece.

DISPATCH

Our jewellery is handmade and hallmarked as appropriate. Please see 'delivery by' date under the add to cart button for your latest estimated delivery date.

Silver 'Ready to Wear' orders are processed within 5 working days.

Gold 'Ready to Wear' orders are processed within 14 working days.

Personalised items (including pieces with birthstones) and bespoke rings dispatched within 7-14 working days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or during annual leave (please refer to the announcement at the top of the home page).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days - we will always email you to inform you of any delays. Please check your junk mail if you haven’t received communication from us.

We send all our parcels with Royal Mail.

Free UK Delivery on orders over £100
RM 2nd Class is £2 (applies to enamel pins only)
RM Tracked 48 is £5
RM Special Delivery is £15

From December 1st our RM Tracked 48 delivery is upgraded to RM Tracked 24 at no extra charge.

RETURNS

Not quite right? We'll happily echange your piece for a different size, length or design within 30 days. Just email hello@hannahweston.com with your order number and we'll sort it out for you. If you'd prefer a refund, returns are accepted within 30 days (return postage is paid by you).

(Exception: Any purchases made between 1st November and 31st December can be returned up to the 15th January).

Gifting

All pieces of Hannah Weston Jewellery come in beautiful branded packaging and standard gift wrapping is complimentary.

We never include paperwork with the cost of the item in your parcel and we would be very pleased to send your gift directly to the recipient including a handwritten note (let us know what you’d like us to write in the box at checkout).

Warranty + Repairs

12-MONTH WARRANTY
We want your most-loved jewellery to last a lifetime, which is why we offer a 12-month warranty that covers every piece free of charge. After that, we offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee.

RESIZING
Our rings can be resized up to two sizes higher or lower than their original measurement. Resizing requested within 30 days of purchase is free of charge. After that a small fee applies.

REPAIRING
Where possible, we’ll repair your piece and send it back – good as new. If it’s not fixable and you’re still within your 12-month warranty, we’ll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

About the metal

RECYCLED STERLING SILVER

We use certified 925 sterling silver which is made up of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals. The addition of other metals makes it far more durable than pure silver alone, with no compromise to colour or lustre.
